On the ground floor of our facility is Bistro Prostozgarnka, which has been under the watchful eye of Chef Tomasz since its inception in 2012. With great passion, he ensures the quality and flavor of the traditional home-style dinners served here – including the best hand-made pierogi in Mielec (so they say!). Fortunately, you don’t have to book a room at Pokoje & Bistro to try them… though we highly encourage you to do so.

We strive to make our menu as varied as possible, which is why you’ll find a wide range of options here: from meat, fish, and vegetarian dinner dishes, to bar fare such as soups, tripe, or baked beans, all the way to hearty breakfasts, light pasta dishes, salads, gluten-free options, and healthy lunchboxes. We cook only simple meals using fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers, minimizing the use of artificial flavor enhancers.
